Interior
Redesign is an
affordable, flat rate decorating makeover and
consultation that will help you make the most of what you already own
and
provide you with a plan that you can use to take room to the next level
at your
own pace.
The
Interior Redesign consultation includes
the arrangement of your existing furnishings, art accessories, if you
have any
as needed, to create an inviting, comfortable environment that can
dramatically
enhance your home in just a little time. You also receive a written
design plan
with everything you need to take your room to the next level on your
own
timetable with in the budget you set.
This
design covers every aspect of your room from floor to ceiling and
includes descriptions of suggested and optional items you might want
to add to
the room, such as furnishings, window treatments, rugs, artwork,
lightings and
accessories.
I
will work with you to develop your room color scheme and provide you
with color cards, not just for your paint but for your fabrics,
carpets,
accessories, and other accents as needed.
I will also provide you with sources
where you can purchase items at the best price given your decorating
budget.
And should you need painters, carpenters or electricians I will be
happy to
provide you with the names of trusted tradesmen from whom you can
solicit
competitive bids.
A
collaborative process, I work hand in hand
with you throughout the process with the goal of creating a
functional
and beautiful room that fits your lifestyle and budget and most
importantly,
reflects your personal style.

| Organization/Declutter |
One
of the challenging tasks in maintaining your home is keeping it
organized but it is important, since an organized home runs smoothly
and stress free.
I
will sit with you and come up with a plan using great organizing
strategies, best methods, tools, tips and solution to begin your
organizational journey. You will be amazed at how simple it
is to
get organized, with my custom plan on how you can declutter, organize
and decorate your home in a low-stress manner and keep it that way with
minimal effort.
I will help you learn to conquer cllutter and let your home be your
sanctuary!

consultation and

| Consultation |
I will
sit with you to find
out
exactly what
you are looking to achieve and become aware of your personal likes and
dislikes.
I will make notes and take
pictures of the space; I will also look at adjacent spaces to make sure
that
the look of your space will still have a flow and consistency
to it. At this
meeting we will also discuss about the furniture and accessories
you have already in the space that we may be able to reuse, rather than
purchasing
new.
This initial meeting is
approximately an hour long and helps to guide the design
development
process.

| Design Development |
In
the design development stage
of
your project we will begin brainstorming the solution that best fits
your
needs. As your decorator, I will begin the
preliminary selection process of all of your fabrics, wall coverings,
window treatments, space
plans, paint, art & accessories, furniture selection and
placements etc.

| Presentation |
Once
we put together a presentation, I will call you to set up a time to
come out to your home and show you the design plan I put
together to make sure it fits your needs. I feel
that it is (in most cases) best to
present to you in your home or space in order to give you the best
visual for what I am proposing. At
the end of the presentation the final design pricing is presented and
discussed. At this time you may ask any questions
about the proposed project that you may have and modify the visual if
required.

Color
Coordination
Interior design is
incomplete
without paint colors and
appropriate finishes. Nothing makes a stronger impact and plays a
bigger role in a
successful interior than color. It will make or break the
entire
design scheme. So, I will put together the color scheme that will
complement all your interiors.

Window
Treatments
Whether you choose "off
the
shelf" or elaborate multi-layered custom designs, I will spec the
entire
treatment and prepare your window design worksheets with detailed
information,
which you can use to purchase your treatments should you decide to do
that later on.

Furniture
Selection &
Placement
An appropriate selection
of a
furniture piece is very critical while working with any space in order
to
achieve the look which is the reflection of your lifestyle. I will come
up with the furniture selection and placement design which
will be functional, in style and most
importantly within your budget.

goal is not only to help you achieve a wonderful room but also to
inform
and involve you
in
the whole process, by educating you about home
decoration and inspiring your own creative muse.
